Terms / Catalog use

Use the Atlas as evidence, not as a silent guarantee.

These terms describe the current Ad Space Atlas catalog and contribution workflows.

Core boundary

Atlas distinguishes what a source says from what Atlas verified.

  • Prices, availability, rights, and publisher terms can change after an observation.
  • Confirm current commercial terms and authority with the original seller before relying on them.
  • Independent-publisher links leave Atlas and are governed by that publisher.
  • Atlas-owned sponsorship purchases use the separate advertising policy.

01 / Catalog facts

Provenance travels with the claim.

A listing records a source, observation time, extraction method, and verification state. “Publisher reported” and “independently observed” do not mean Atlas audited the seller, guaranteed availability, or confirmed that every party has authority to sell.

02 / Contributions

A request starts review—not publication.

When you submit a public URL, correction, or ownership claim, you ask Atlas to evaluate that material and retain the evidence and decision history. Do not submit secrets, unlawful material, or personal data that is not needed for the request. A receipt does not promise acceptance or publication.

03 / Accounts and receipts

Keep private access private.

Curator and publisher access is invitation-only. Do not share a sign-in link, session, or opaque receipt URL, attempt to enter another user's workspace, or interfere with rate limits and security controls.

04 / Atlas Sponsor

Direct sponsorship has its own contract.

RocketFang LLC sells Atlas-owned sponsorship inventory. Price, rotation, moderation, cancellation, refund, privacy, support, and payment-state rules are stated in the advertising policy shown before checkout.

05 / Availability

The service can change or pause.

Atlas may correct or archive catalog projections, reject contributions, close new checkout, or pause a provider workflow. Historical source evidence and accepted operational events are not silently rewritten to match a later projection.

06 / Contact

Use the route that matches the issue.

Use the correction or claim workflow for catalog facts. For private orders, accounts, privacy, or these terms, email support@adspaceatlas.com. Atlas pages describe product behavior and are not legal, accounting, or tax advice.
